Swarm Haus is operated by Haus of SÔS. When this policy refers to “we,” “us,” or “our,” it means Haus of SÔS.

What data we collect

• Email address (used for authentication)
• Name and profile information you choose to provide
• Check-in data and participation activity
• Swarm membership and collaboration history
• Content you post, such as link drops and messages

Google Calendar integration

If you connect Google Calendar, we request read access to your calendar events solely to display them within the Swarm Haus app. We do not store your calendar data on our servers. Calendar data is fetched in real time when you view the calendar screen and is never shared with third parties. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from your profile settings.

How we use your data

We use the data we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Swarm Haus community platform. This includes powering features such as check-ins, streaks, swarm activity feeds, protected time, and leaderboards. We do not use your data for advertising.

Data storage

Your data is stored in Supabase-managed PostgreSQL databases hosted in the United States. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.

Third-party services

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting
• Vercel — application hosting and deployment
• Google Calendar API — optional calendar integration

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with the third-party services listed above as required to operate the platform.

Data deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
