Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Swarm Haus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Swarm Haus is operated by Haus of SÔS.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use Swarm Haus. By signing up, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Platform description

Swarm Haus is a community collaboration platform provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

User content

You are solely responsible for all content you post, share, or transmit through Swarm Haus, including link drops, check-ins, and messages. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a limited license to display it within the platform as needed to provide the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, harmful, or harassing
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Use the platform for spam, phishing, or commercial solicitation
• Interfere with the normal operation of the platform

Content moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content and to suspend or terminate any user account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haus of SÔS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Swarm Haus after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
